RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! As our clothing items are [made-to-order / handcrafted] and shipped internationally, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to ensure the best service.

1. 7-Day Inspection Period

Please inspect your order upon receipt. We accept requests for returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier tracking). After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Limited Exchange Policy (No Size Exchanges)

Please choose your size carefully by referring to our Size Guide.

  • No Size Exchanges: Due to high international shipping costs and the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We only accept exchanges or refunds if:

    • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (e.g., torn fabric, broken zipper).

    • We sent the incorrect item or wrong color/size compared to your original order.

3. Conditions for Return (For Defective/Wrong Items)

To be eligible for a return under the "Defective/Wrong Item" category:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items with scents (perfume, deodorant), makeup stains will not be accepted.
  • You must provide clear photos or a video of the defect/error when contacting us.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Error: If you wish to return an item due to "change of mind" or "incorrect size selection," the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any original shipping fees (non-refundable).

  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at diadiavnn@gmail.com with your Order Number and Photos of the item.

  2. Wait for our return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
